No import charges for EU customers
We ship from Northern Ireland, which stays inside the EU single market for goods. EU orders arrive with no customs duty, no import VAT and no handling fee. Orders to non-EU countries such as Norway and Switzerland may have import charges on delivery.

Shipping
Yes. We ship across the UK, Ireland and Europe. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
These are estimates, not guarantees. N.Ireland and Ireland: approximately the next working day. UK: approximately 2–3 working days. Europe: approximately 5–6 working days. Orders placed after 3pm, or at weekends, are dispatched the next working day.
Yes, delivery is free to the UK and Ireland on 18", 19" and 20" OEM style wheels. On 21" and larger OEM style wheels we take the standard delivery cost off at checkout. Other products and destinations are charged at the rates shown at checkout.
We use all major carriers and local courier partners.
Product
Yes. You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Wheels must be unused, unfitted and in their original packaging. Return postage is paid by the customer and a 30% restocking fee applies. Email sales@omiwheels.com and we will take you through the process.
Yes, all our wheels are VIA and JWL tested and approved.
