Delivery FAQs
What is the delivery time?
- UK Mainland: Our standard delivery time is typically 2-3 working days for most locations.
- UK Highlands and Islands: Delivery may take longer. For more specific details, please contact us at 02866251123 or email sales@omiwheels.com.
- Northern Ireland and Ireland: We offer next-day delivery for orders placed before 2pm.
- Europe: We ship across Europe. For a shipping quote, please contact us before making your purchase.
Track & Trace
Once you place an order online, you'll receive a confirmation email. After your order is processed, you'll receive an email or text message from the courier with your tracking number once it has been dispatched. You will also receive a delivery notification when your order is on its way.
The Courier Tried to Deliver but I Was Not In
If the delivery driver attempts to deliver when you are not available, they will leave a card informing you of the attempted delivery.
No additional duties or taxes for European shipping
We ship our wheels from Northern Ireland, this way we can offer our European customers the lowest prices + super fast shipping without any hidden cost.
Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
