Where do I find my tracking number?
It is in the shipping confirmation email we send the moment your order leaves us. Check your spam or junk folder if you cannot see it — it sometimes lands there.
You will also usually get a text or email direct from the courier with a delivery window.
When will my order be dispatched?
- In Stock items ordered before 3pm on a working day go out the same day. After 3pm, at weekends or on bank holidays, they go the next working day.
- Ordered In items are dispatched within 3–4 working days.
How long will it take once dispatched?
- Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland — 1 working day
- UK mainland — 2 working days
- Scottish Highlands and Islands — 3 to 5 working days
- European Union — 3 to 5 working days
These are estimates based on normal courier service, not guarantees. Weather, courier delays and customs checks happen and are outside our control.
My order has not arrived
If your tracking has not moved for two working days, or the estimated date has passed, don't chase the courier yourself — tell us and we will chase them. We get further with them than customers do.

The courier tried to deliver and I was out
The driver leaves a card and will normally try again the next working day. You can arrange a redelivery or a safe place directly with the courier using your tracking number. Wheels are heavy and valuable so couriers will not leave them without a signature.
Please check your order before you sign
Open the boxes and check every wheel is present and undamaged before signing. Signing is acceptance that the consignment is complete and in good condition, and couriers often refuse claims made after a clean signature. Report any damage or shortfall to us within 48 hours — see our returns policy.
