OMI ALLOY WHEELS

Having bought from these guys previously Alex went above and beyond service-wise to find me a match on 2 set alloys I have already on my Audi self admittedly I’d left quite gap in purchasing the last 2 x which I then had concerns in the back of my mind that if it wasn't the same colour they wouldn't have it all. However Alex pulled stops out a provided reassurance that he’ll find set to of which he shortly did before packing them up for me. I can't recommend these guys enough they are fantastic independent company. Would definitely buy again. Well recommended them. 5 Star service.

Excellent customer service With little knowledge I was able to order Through omi and make a saving on my tyre. Alexander communication throughout the Order was excellent. I would highly recommend omi in the future and the tyre I received was a brand new tyre at a fraction of the cost than if I had of gone through Land Rover direct .

Can't be faulted! Commented on an Insta post from the wheel Manufacturer Seventy9 looking for a supplier in Ireland and was put in touch with these guys. I own a small business, always on the phone etc and thankfully busy. These boys took the time to answer all my questions via WhatsApp. Price was second to none. Absolute pleasure to deal with, couldn't recommend them enough.

Good quality alloy wheels with good quality customer service These guys came recommended to me after having issues with my genuine Mercedes alloy wheels cracking badly leaving my car unusable. I contacted Alex via email as wanted to check the wheel compatibility. He replied back within a couple of hours and confirmed the alloys I wanted would indeed fit ok. I ordered and unfortunately the stock couldn’t be found but he straight away sent an email apologising with images of an almost identical set that he had, which was so helpful as many big companies would have just cancelled the order, so i appreciated his help and recommendation . Communication was brilliant throughout. I ordered on the Tuesday and they arrived via DPD on Thursday, which is faster than advertised. There was a little confusion over the fixing bolts which after speaking to another really helpful guy on WhatsApp (I’m so sorry I can’t remember your name but thank you for all your help) was rectified . They were fitted yesterday and not only look perfect, but our fitter commented on how good they looked and the quality of them. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company to anyone!
