Volkswagen and Mercedes between them account for more OEM style wheel searches in the UK than any other makes combined. There is a reason for that. Both manufacturers produce genuinely good-looking factory designs, and a well-made replica of either reads as expensive on the car without the main dealer price tag.

Here is what we carry at OMI Wheels, what fits what, and what to watch for before you buy.

VW OEM Style Alloys

The VW Group runs a 5x112 bolt pattern across the Golf, Polo, Passat, Tiguan, Touareg and most of the Skoda and SEAT range. That means one design can fit a huge number of cars, which is why VW fitment alloys are some of our most popular.

Mercedes OEM Style Alloys

Mercedes runs either 5x112 or 5x112 with a 66.6mm centre bore depending on the model. The C-Class, E-Class and GLC all share the same bolt pattern as the AMG GT, which opens up some very desirable designs to the everyday driver.

Fitment notes

VW Group offset typically runs ET45 to ET50 on hatchbacks and ET35 to ET40 on SUVs. Going wider on the offset for a flush fitment is popular but you need to check arch clearance, particularly with any suspension modifications. We publish every measurement on every listing and confirm fitment on WhatsApp before you order.

Mercedes centre bores are critical. The standard is 66.6mm and spigot rings are almost always needed with aftermarket wheels. We tell you which rings to order on every product page.

EU customers

We ship from Northern Ireland, which sits inside the EU single market for goods. That means no customs duty and no import VAT for customers in Germany, France, the Netherlands, Poland and across the EU. The price you see is the price you pay.
